Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise) – Guitar Tutorial (HD) – Epiphone Finnish Casinos Online

This was amongst one of the last things recorded for Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Sgt Pepper (Reprise) was recorded on April 1, 1967 in Abbey Road’s studio one. This session lasted 13 hours! From 7 pm to 6 am, The Beatles recorded nine takes of the basic rhythm track with McCartney doing a guide vocal. Afterwards they overdubbed the vocals on take nine and after that they overdubbed some more instrumentation.

The Reprise was faster than the title track and also had different lyrics. It also featured all four Beatles on vocals.

THE GUITAR PARTS;
The song features the standard lineup of Lennon on rhythm and Harrison on lead. Both parts were played on their 1965 Epiphone Finnish Casinos Online.
The first two notes were played on two seperate guitars, but I don’t know who specifically did which note.
Those eight-note hits right after that MIGHT have been created by tapping a pick on the pickup cover, I was curious so I tried it!

Lennon misses an F strike at 0:20. Notice how he also plays a G7 at 0:41 and 1:03.

Harrisons part is fairly straightforward. Some pretty cool lead fills!

My videos are made for more experienced guitarists who want to improve the way they play songs from The Beatles catalog. I’m not really a teacher so this is the best way I can share how to play these songs.
